Road America

Just up the road about 2 miles Road America is justly famous as one of the world's most beautiful and challenging road-racing tracks. Each racing season features a full slate of automobile and motorcycle events, ranging from cozy single marque club events to vintage series to full-blown international series-points contests. Road America is also host to the Skip Barber Driving School and the Briggs & Stratton Motorplex

Golf Courses

Whistling Straits, Blackwolf Run and The Bull at Pinehurst Farms are some of the outstanding nearby courses out of over a dozen area courses to choose from, making this a golfer's paradise. Our house is situated overlooking the 10th fairway of Crystal Lake Golf Course, an 18 hole course open to the public. Qit Qui Oc Golf Club is another excellent nearby course.

Shopping and Dining

Plymouth and Elkhart Lake have many great restaurants and shops.

Museums

The John Micheal Kohler Arts Center in Sheboygan is a renowned visual and performing arts complex with a special emphasis on folk tradition and the work of self-taught artists. The EAA AirVenture Museum in Oshkosh is the spiritual home of the Experimental Aircraft Association and a must-see for any aviation enthusiast. Historians and Civil War Buffs shouldn't miss the Old Wade House in nearby Greenbush.

Outdoor Recreation

Biking, swimming, fishing are some the outdoor activities that you'll find abundant opportunity for. Bikers can find a map of suitable roads and trails here. Crystal Lake is suitable for swimming and fishing, as are numerous area lakes. Kettle Moraine State Forest has cross county skiing/ snow shoe and hiking trails.High Cliff State Park is a great destination for pcknicking and other outdoor activities, with spectacular clifftop views of Lake Winnebago and the surrounding landscape.
