Availability
The house is available for rent year-round. Before contacting us, please check our booking calendar to see whether your desired dates are available.
Accomodations
The house has two bedrooms and two baths, and can sleep from 6-8 people. Amenities include a full kitchen, two-car garage and gas grill.
Rules
$300 refundable security deposit due within 10 days of booking. Deposit is completely refundable as long as there are no damages, lost items, excessive cleaning charges or reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. Total payment for rent of home must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
